Such data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Third-party data may be subject to the terms and licences of those providers. Where we label data as "delayed", that label reflects the source's own delivery cadence. Nothing herein transfers any third-party data rights to you.
The Service, its visual design, software, code, trademarks, logos, text, charts, and original content are the property of SimpleSignals or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. Connecting an account does not give us custody of it, and you remain solely responsible for the credentials and security of any account you connect.
